Ivan Smajlović

Mr. Ivan Smajlović is the President and CTO of Research and Development and the co-founder of SG Isotech LLC. Mr. Smajlović has 9 years of experience in the beverage industry with a focus on quality control and the authenticity of wine, hard liquor, beer and fruit juice. Mr. Smajlović is the developer of the EIM-IRMS® method and holds number of patents in the field.  Mr. Smajlović is Graduated Engineer (Dipl. ing.) in Food Technology of Food Products from the University of Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. Mr. Smajlović was involved in two-years long EU twinning project “Capacity Building for the Regulation of the Serbian wine Sector” as a member of expert group (laboratories) which was agreed upon by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, as representatives of the Republic of Serbia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, as a representative of Spain, which was compared by the Regional Ministry for Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development from government of La Rioja.

Mr. Smajlović is a licensed and recognized as specialized expert for isotopic analysis of wine and alcoholic beverages with possibility to give expert opinions on the subject by the Serbian Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management for wine testing and also added to the national list of wine sensory assessors which is a part of Serbian regulation.

 Prof. Dr. Slobodan Jović


Prof. Dr. Slobodan Jović is a full-time professor at the Department of Preservation and Fermentation Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Belgrade. Prof. Dr. Slobodan Jović is the author and co-author of over 160 scientific papers, the President of the Republic Commission for the sensory evaluation of wine with geographic origin and the foremost expert in the field of oenology in Serbia and the region. Prof. Dr. Slobodan Jović has  participated for years as a prominent expert in the work of the expert committees at the Institute for Standardization of the Republic of Serbia, as chairman of working groups at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management and the evaluator regarding the accreditation of laboratories for testing the quality of wine in the Republic of Serbia. The founder of the modern wine culture in Serbia and promoter of wine for over a hundred social and individual producers. He has given several lectures on the spread of wine culture and wine production in Aleksandrovac, Zaječar, Vršac, Zemun, Temerin and Novi Sad, Sremski Karlovci, Negotin, etc.  His areas of interest and research are dealt with: the impact of the primary ways of processing grapes and vinification, the chemical composition and sensory characteristics of the wine of certain species, the effect of different oenological products on chemical composition and sensory characteristics of the wine, the impact of different strains of selected wine yeast on the chemical composition and sensory characteristics of wines of different varieties of wine phenolics and their health significance, wine culture , matching wine and food.

Mirko Glavanović

Mirko Glavanović is the VP of Sales and Marketing and co-founder of SG Isotech LLC.  Mr. Glavanović has over 15 years of experience in product development, project management and sales.  Mr. Glavanovic holds a BSEE from the University of Arizona.








 Predrag Đorđijevski

Mr. Predrag Đorđijevski is software developer of bottleCONTENT® online data base. Mr. Đorđijevski has 15 years of experience in computer software development and project management. Predrag Đorđijevski is a Graduated Engineer ( i Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade.
